By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
- Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Our” refer to LimoreX.
“You,” “User” refer to individuals or entities accessing or using our platform.
“Owner” refers to the owners/operators offering their services on our platform. - Scope of Service
LimoreX provides transport, experiences and reservation services directly or acts as an intermediary between users and owners, facilitating bookings for a number of services. - Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our platform or WhatsApp channel.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through multiple channels. Note that payments made via a payment link are subject to a processing fee.
- Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- No-Quibble Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking date is at least 72 hours away.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations submitted more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip maybe eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of severe weather, operational disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances, customers may be entitled to either a full refund or complimentary rescheduling, in accordance with our policy.
- Late Arrival Policy
- Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time. This ensures a smooth check-in and boarding process.
- Impact of Late Arrival: If guests fail to arrive on time, the booking duration will not be extended, and the service will return as scheduled.
- No Compensation: Late arrivals may result in a reduced rental period or forfeiture of the booking, without any entitlement to refunds or rescheduling.
- Strict Adherence: To maintain operational schedules and fairness to other customers, exceptions cannot be made.
- User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process.
- Compliance: Users are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and the policies of the service during the rental period.
- Damages and Violations: Any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the service are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Identification Requirement: All guests must present valid identification prior to departure where required. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of boarding, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Liability Disclaimer
LimoreX operates solely as an online marketplace connecting users with independent owners. We do not own, manage, or operate any services listed on our platform. Consequently, we assume no responsibility or liability for any incidents, injuries, damages, losses, or inconveniences arising during or as a result of the service period. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal Injury or Death: Any bodily harm, injury, or loss of life, including incidents resulting from engaging in activities, regardless of whether safety equipment is used.
- Property Damage: Any damage to the rented service, personal belongings, or third-party property.
- Operational Disruptions: Disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- User Conduct: Any consequences arising from improper use of the service, failure to follow safety instructions provided by the owner or crew, or violations of applicable laws and regulations.
- Legal Compliance: Any fines or penalties imposed due to violations of local laws or regulations by the user or their guests during the rental period.
- Intellectual Property
All content on LimoreX, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of LimoreX. Unauthorized use is prohibited without our express written consent. - Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE. - Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is used and protected. - Indemnification
By using our platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LimoreX, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your rental of any service, or your violation of these terms. - Assumption of Risk
By participating in rentals facilitated through our platform, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation in these activities. - Force Majeure
LimoreX shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delays in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled in accordance with our policies.
